BMJ Quality and Safety

After getting a bit political with my open letter to David Cameron yesterday, I thought I’d try to get back on topic!

I’m in the middle of editing my audit to try and get it published in the BMJ of Quality and Safety. This journal seems to be cracking the whip a little bit less than the last journal I was looking at in terms of writing styles etc, which is nice.

Still, there’s a fair list of things you’ve got to do. I’m getting through it though. Hopefully it all comes to something at the end of the day! If not, it’d be pretty gutting. Also, the stats say that around 50% of submissions are rejected straight away, which isn’t filling me with confidence.

Also, I found out that I didn’t win an ipad 2 competition I entered. What are the chances?!
